Solves the system of ODEs in Fig. 1, and explores uncertainty in the initial values, made Gaussian, μ and σ = μ.cv.

The initial value of 320 mg⁄L is a clinically recommended high of 150 BUN (conversion factor 15⁄7 ≈ 2.1), to reach ~150 mg⁄L, or ~70 BUN.
